Fuel pumps not working taking money from card

On the 6th of August my husband was touring France on his motorcycle when he stopped at Essogibervilldac Nord to fill up the bike (with his two friends on their bikes). It appears that the fuel pumps were either not working correctly or there is fraudulent activity at this fuel station as within 5 minutes he had some £340 removed from his card: How can I contact the garage to get this back? HELP
